What does an engagement cost?
Engagements are scoped for SMB budgets: a fixed build fee plus a flat monthly rate to operate and improve your agents. The prototype costs nothing. You pay when you decide it earns its keep.
Who owns what you build?
You do. The workflows, the prompts, the code, and the documentation are yours, in your accounts, from day one. If we part ways, everything keeps working and everything stays with you.
What happens to our data?
We work inside your systems, under accounts you control and can revoke. Your data is never pooled, resold, or used to train models for anyone else. Access is limited to the people on your engagement.
What if something breaks?
We operate and monitor every agent we ship. Exceptions route to a human, you get a named contact, and fixes are covered by your monthly rate, not a change order.
